TERMS & CONDITIONS

When booking a photography session at “Aurélie Poncin Photography”, you automatically agree to the following general terms and conditions:

Digital photographs without a watermark will solely be used for personal use. Photographs with a logo in web formatting may be used and published on the internet and social media.
The client gives their consent that photographer, Aurélie Poncin, may use the photographs for their website, social media and portfolio, free of charge.
The prices on the website exclude travel expenses. These will be added to the final sum.
Photographs that have been delivered to the client by ‘Aurélie Poncin Photography’ may not be edited, cropped or adjusted.

A photoshoot can only be cancelled by the client due to medical reasons. If this occurs, the photoshoot will be postponed to a later date.
The cancellation of a photography session by the customer must be done 48 hours in advance by phone or email (any changes must be confirmed by Aurélie Poncin). Otherwise, 50% of the photoshoot cost will be charged.
If the client does not cancel and does not show up at the pre-arranged time and location on the day of the photoshoot, the full amount will be charged.
The photographer can be the one to decide to postpone the photoshoot due to bad weather. The new date will be discussed with the client.

48 hours after the photoshoot, the customer will receive a link per email which will lead them to their personalised, password-protected online gallery.
After the photographer receives the photo selection from the customer, they will be delivered via the same online gallery in the following 2-4 weeks.
The online gallery will be removed 48 hours after the client has downloaded the finished products in order to make space for future clients, unless discussed otherwise.

The costs for the photoshoot and any travel costs are to be paid in advance by bank transfer and no later than 2 days before the shoot. Alternatively, these costs can be paid in cash on the day of the photoshoot.
The costs for reordering additional pictures can only be paid by bank transfer after the photoshoot. The photos remain in the photographer’s possession until the purchase price has been paid in full.

The customer bears responsibility during the photoshoot for themselves, their animal(s) and other property. The photographer will not be held accountable.
Participation in a photoshoot is entirely at the customer’s risk.
The client must disclose any behavioural or aggression issues of their animal before the session.
